CANCELLATION POLICY
You require giving at least two business day's cancellation notice for your appointment by contacting us through a phone call, so that our administration team can offer your date and time to another person.You can avoid the cancellation and Non-attendance by contacting us promptly.
If you do not reply to your SMS reminder and the subsequent phone call and do not confirm your appointment at least two business days before your session, your appointment would be cancelled and offered to another person and the late cancellation fee will apply.
Robina Therapy does not accept cancellations and resheduling by SMS. You are able to email or phone.
We highly recommend contacting us as soon as you think you might not be able to attend your booked appointment.
Fees may apply if you cancel your appointment at short notice.
Full fee if on the day or you do not attend.
You will not be eligible for Medicare rebates for the non-attendance and cancellation fees.
Upon making an appointment, you fully confirm your agreement with this policy.
Patients who regularly cancel their appointments risk being referred back to their GP for ongoing care.
